Gottlieb Foundation – Individual Support Grant

Deadline: January 15, 2026

Grant Amount: $25,000

Eligibility: Painters, sculptors, and printmakers with 20+ years in a mature phase of their practice

Details: Supports established artists who demonstrate a long-term commitment to their work and are in need of financial assistance.



Lighton International Artist Exchange Program (LIAEP)

Deadline: January 15, 2026

Grant Amount: Up to $7,000

Eligibility: Artists working at a professional level who would benefit from international exchange

Details: Supports travel and residency-related expenses including airfare, housing, meals, supplies, and local transportation.



Department of Cultural Affairs Art Fund Grant (Staten Island Arts)

Deadline: January 31, 2026

Grant Amount: $5,000

Eligibility: Staten Island–based artists and art collectives (NY residents)

Details: Supports artistic projects that engage Staten Island communities. All projects must include a public component or public sharing of work. No fiscal sponsor or 501(c)(3) required. All disciplines eligible.

Barbara Deming Memorial Fund – Women Fund

Deadline: January 31, 2026

Grant Amount: $500–$2,000

Eligibility: Feminist women artists and writers (cis, transgender, or nonbinary) residing in the U.S. or Canada

Details: Supports individual feminist artists and writers whose work demonstrates originality, social justice values, and feminism as a central lens.

South Carolina Arts Commission – Arts Project Support Grant

Visual AIDS – Artist Support Grants

Eligibility: Artists living with HIV

Details: Provides financial assistance for materials to create artwork. Applicants must be Visual AIDS Artist Members for at least one month prior to the deadline and must not have received a Visual AIDS grant within the past 12 months. Grant cycles occur February 15 and September 15 each year.



Dallas Museum of Art – Artist Grant Funds

Grant Amount: Up to $6,000 (varies by fund)

Eligibility: Texas-region artists based on age, residency, and professional status
